# Terms of service The terms for using our website, Shopify apps, spreadsheet templates and web services. One set of terms, with a section for each. Last updated **23 Oct 2026** 8 min read The short version - App charges go only through Shopify's billing. - Uninstalling an app cancels its paid plan. - A higher app price applies only after you approve it in Shopify. - Templates are for your own personal or business use. Please don't resell or share the files. - Services follow a written quote, with the price agreed before work starts. - Once paid, you own the work we make for you. Section 1 ## About these terms These terms are an agreement between you and **HeySERP Marketing Services**, Plot No. 17, S/F, Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi 110045, India, which runs the SilverThink brand. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean HeySERP Marketing Services. By using our website, installing one of our apps, buying a template or hiring us for a project, you accept these terms. If you accept them for a business, you confirm you're allowed to do so for that business. Section 2 ## Other terms that apply - **Shopify's terms** apply when you use our apps, because they run on Shopify. If anything here conflicts with Shopify's rules for apps, Shopify's rules win. - **Etsy's terms** apply when you buy a template on Etsy. - Our [privacy policy](https://silverthink.in/privacy) explains how we handle data, and our [refund policy](https://silverthink.in/refunds) explains refunds. Both are part of these terms. - For web services, your written quote is also part of these terms. If the quote and these terms differ, the quote wins for that project. Section 3 ## This website The website tells you about what we make. We keep it accurate, but details can change, and we can't promise it will always be available. Links to other sites, such as Shopify and Etsy, are for your convenience; those sites have their own terms. Section 4 ## Shopify apps ### Plans You install our apps from the Shopify App Store. Each app lists its plans on its App Store listing and inside the app. Free plans have the limits shown there and no time limit. For example, Kurb's free plan includes one active rule, and its Pro plan removes that limit. Where a paid plan has a free trial, such as Kurb Pro's 14 days, you aren't charged if you cancel or move to the free plan before the trial ends. ### Billing All app charges go through Shopify's billing and appear on your Shopify invoice, in US dollars. We never ask for your card details or bill you outside Shopify. Paid plans renew every 30 days until you cancel. ### Changing or cancelling You can change plans inside the app. Uninstalling an app cancels its paid plan, and Shopify stops future charges for it. Our [refund policy](https://silverthink.in/refunds) explains what happens to charges already made. ### Price changes We'll tell you at least 30 days before we raise the price of a plan you're on. A higher price only applies after you approve the new charge in Shopify. If you don't approve it, you can stay on or move to the free plan, or uninstall. ### Your store data Each app asks only for the store access it needs. We use your store data only to run the app for you, we never sell it, and we delete it after you uninstall: the connection to your store straight away, and everything else when Shopify sends its store deletion request 48 hours later, as our [privacy policy](https://silverthink.in/privacy) explains. ### Your part - You decide the rules and settings in the app. After you change them, check that your checkout behaves the way you expect. - Use the apps only for lawful purposes and in line with Shopify's terms. - Don't copy, reverse engineer or resell the apps, or try to overload or break them. ### Availability and changes We work to keep our apps running and fix problems quickly, but changes or outages on Shopify's side can affect them. We may improve or change features over time. If we ever close an app, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and stop charging for it. ### Reviews You're welcome to leave an honest review on the Shopify App Store. We never offer payment, discounts or anything else in return for a review. Section 5 ## Spreadsheet templates ### Buying Templates are sold on Etsy, at the price shown on Etsy. Etsy handles payment and download. ### What you can do with a template When you buy a template, you get a licence to use it for yourself or your own business. - **You can** use it for your personal and business records, edit it as much as you like, and keep copies for your own use. - **You can't** resell, share, give away, upload or publish the file, or an edited version of it, or use it to make a template product of your own. We keep the copyright in the templates. ### Not professional advice Templates are tools for organising your own figures. They aren't financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Check important numbers with a qualified professional. ### Refunds Templates are digital downloads, so we don't offer refunds. If a file doesn't work, we'll fix it. Section 6 ## Web services ### Quotes and scope Every project starts with a written quote that sets out the scope, price, timeline and payment schedule. Work starts once you accept the quote and, where the quote asks for one, pay the advance. ### Payment You pay as the quote and invoices set out. Taxes are added where the law requires. If you ask for work outside the agreed scope, we'll quote for it separately before doing it. ### What we need from you Staff or collaborator access to your store and tools, content and images you have the right to use, and timely feedback. Delays on either side can move the timeline. ### Who owns the work Once you've paid in full, you own the work we made specifically for you, such as theme code, content and reports. We keep our own tools, methods and the general code we reuse across projects, and you get a permanent licence to use those parts as part of your project. Third-party themes, apps and fonts stay under their own licences. ### Results SEO and GEO results depend on Google, AI providers and other companies we don't control. We don't guarantee rankings, traffic, sales or being named in AI answers. ### Confidentiality We keep your business information private and use it only for your project. ### Ending a project Either of us can end a project by writing to the other. Section 7 ## Names and content The SilverThink and Kurb names and logos, this website's content and our apps and templates belong to us. Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. and Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. SilverThink is not affiliated with or endorsed by either. Section 8 ## No guarantees We build and test carefully, but to the extent the law allows, our website, apps and templates are provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that they'll be error-free or suit every purpose. Section 9 ## Limits on our liability To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the app, template or service in question in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or takes away your rights as a consumer. Section 10 ## Suspension If someone uses our apps or services to break the law, harm others or break these terms, we may suspend their access. Where we can, we'll tell them first and give them a chance to fix it. Section 11 ## Law and disputes These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please write to us first; most problems are solved by email. If we can't solve it, the courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction. This doesn't take away any right you have to bring a claim where you live under consumer law. Section 12 ## Changes to these terms When we change these terms, we update the date at the top.
